Really wanted to leave a 5 star review. The pizza is very good, especially the NY style. The wait time was ridiculous though. Pickup time was 6:26 last night. I got there a couple minutes early. I didn’t get my order until almost 7:00. Yes, they were very busy, which I understand. The problem is that one of my pizzas came out before the other one was even put in the oven. There has to be a better way. It was super busy and there was a lobby full of people waiting as long as I was. Maybe the online ordering process needs to change or something, they shouldn’t give you a time that is so far off, especially during busy times. The young lady working the counter was super nice and polite. Luckily I checked my order before I left, they gave me 2 cheese breads and one pizza, I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 cheese bread. The other pizza was still in the oven. I will go back tho, as the pizza was delicious. I give them credit, they were all working hard and they were swamped. They seemed a bit overwhelmed but hopefully they can figure out a way to handle the busy times. Like I said, great NY style pizza for the area though!

Just demolished a small cheese steak pizza in my car in the work parking lot. Not a chance I was taking a slice of this inside with me. Absolute perfect execution. Ingredients are fresh. No canned mushrooms. My 2nd visit here. I’m impressed to say the least.

Very fresh ingredients. Great round & square pizza. The highlight is the garlic knots, fresh made ranch, & garlic butter dipping sauce. Yum, yes please!

My fiancé placed a carry out order for me to pick up and unfortunately I’m not sure if we will be back. This was our first time here and we were excited to try this place based on reviews we have seen. However, our garlic knots were burnt, and not just a little burnt. Some of them were inedible. I understand things happen, but to me burning garlic knots and still choosing to box them up and give them to a customer anyways shows a sense of carelessness that I cannot support. Ultimately, if a worker burns your food the cost should be eaten by the restaurant, not by the customer who has to throw away inedible food they paid a decent amount for. To me, there was no point of calling in a complaint considering someone who worked there thought it was Okay to box them up and give them to me. I noticed when I was already home and the hassle wasn’t worth a 20 minute drive for it.

One of the most perfect pizza's I have ever had. I ordered thin crust and the crust was perfect. The cheese is good and chewy, they cooked the pizza perfect which included a few well done crust bubbles. Quality ingredients! The chicken wings were perfect as well, I really like their seasoning on the outside. The cheese bread had the baked on cheese on the corners and was full of flavor. This is a hidden GEM here in Sterling Heights. I used to own a pizzeria and I had more pride than most in my product... Ray's pizza is better... hands down...
